After a severe skin crisis while living in China, Jessica discovered the profound connection between emotional wellbeing and skin health. She returned to her Mexican roots, studying traditional medicine with indigenous healers, and created Ki'olal — meaning 'beautiful' in Maya — to bring this wisdom to the world.
